Grant Fennell
Grant founded GPM in 1997, becoming Managing Director in 2005. His management and expertise have helped this new company evolve into what it is today.
Grant started his Quantity Surveying career in 1983 as a junior in a growing professional practice. Over the years he has gained experience in private and social housing, healthcare developments, education, commercial, industrial and leisure projects for a wide variety of private and statutory authority clients.
Grant is involved at all levels of the business, in many projects whilst also developing new relationships and advising repeat clients.
David Fennell
David joined the firm in August 2010 as a trainee quantity surveyor. In the years that have passed David has developed a wealth of experience working on a large variety of projects.
David has worked on schemes up to £40million using a variety of procurement methods. David has experience with the management of main contractors on behalf of clients and also managing individual sub-contractors for self build developers.
David has experience within the residential, commercial, education, leisure and healthcare sectors.
Sarah Fennell
Sarah started her working life as an Executive Officer for the Canterbury and Thanet Health Authority in 1983. Sarah was based in the Salaries and wages department managing the pay and pensions of healthcare staff in local hospitals and health centres.
In 1990 Sarah began a rewarding career as an Infant School teacher. She taught at two local schools and served as Head of English and Religious Education. A short career break followed after a decision to spend more time at home raising her two sons, one of whom now also works for GPM.
Sarah has been with GPM since 2006 and is primarily responsible for financial record keeping and company accounts.
